Find answers about enrolment, Basic DBS, induction, routes, and payments.

Getting started

Apply online via the Driver Enrolment form. It only takes a few minutes. We’ll confirm your documents and set you up with routes near you.

If you complete your Driver Enrolment and the Basic DBS on the same day, we’ll schedule you for an induction immediately. During the induction, you choose when you start — your first working day is picked by you.

Basic DBS

You don’t need to redo a DBS if you already have a valid one. We provide the Basic DBS on our site for free — if you don’t have one, please complete it here. Once you finish the Driver Enrolment and our Basic DBS on the same day, you’ll be automatically scheduled for induction. If you already have a DBS, submit your enrolment and then contact us (or email us) with your DBS details so we can verify it and book your induction without asking you to redo the check.

Processing times vary by case, but most checks complete within a few days once submitted. We’ll guide you if anything else is needed.

Routes & Shifts

You must use your own small personal car. We don’t place drivers in company vehicles and we don’t onboard van-only drivers for these routes. Deliveries are small-parcel, next-day, within about a 30-mile radius, with a maximum of 12 parcels per day — a van isn’t necessary and usually adds costs without benefit.

We match routes close to your home postcode wherever possible. You’ll see options during onboarding and can pick shifts that suit your schedule.

Payments

We pay weekly once you start delivering and submit any required confirmations. We’ll share payout timelines during onboarding.

Earnings vary by route, day and area. We’ll confirm the rate for your selected route during onboarding so you can decide what works best for you.

Requirements & Vehicles

You’ll need: a valid UK driving licence, proof of right to work in the UK, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and vehicle insurance if you’re using your own car.

If using your own vehicle, make sure your insurance covers courier work as required for your route. We’ll confirm specifics during onboarding.
